Life Story for Kenneth Ray Canady

Kenneth Ray Canady was born November 15, 1951 and was called home to be with the Lord on June 29, 2013. He was a very beloved husband, father and brother.
Kenneth worked as a Quality Control Welding Inspector at John Zinc Company for 32 years and was loved by everyone there. He retired recently on March 8, 2013. He has since lived on the lake and enjoyed every minute of life doing what he loved best, which was fishing and just enjoying the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife Brandy Pierce-Canady of the home; daughter Zoe Canady-Iker and her son Noah; son Shannon Ray Canady, his wife Sarah, their daughter Dana Linker and husband Carl; step-sons Stephen Campbell and Monty Campbell; oldest brother Roger Canady and wife Karen; brother Joe Canady; and his baby sister Karen Canady Evans and husband Josh. Kenneth has 13 grandchildren and 1 one great-granddaughter, many nieces, nephews and numerous other family members.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother Lois Russell and step-father Jack Russell and by his father George Canady.
Kenneth was such an outgoing, loving and caring person. He will truly be missed more than words can say.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Glenwood Assembly of God. Viewing will begin at 12:00 pm at Glenwood Assembly of God, prior to the service. Interment will be at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will gather after services at the home of Kenneth’s sister, Karen Canady Evans. The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home. www.greenhillok.com
