Obituary for Ted Eugene Hall

Ted Eugene Hall
Ted Eugene Hall was born in Winona, TX on December 26, 1931. He left to go with God on November 26, 2013. He was the son of George and Medoria Holmes Hall of Lancaster, TX. On July 25, 1959 he married his wife of 54 years Clara “Jackie” Heath. The couple was blessed with 3 wonderful children.

The Hall Family moved from Texas to Chanute, KS when Ted was young then returned later to make their home in Texas. At age 17, Ted joined the Marines and returned to Texas when the war ended. He worked at Hormel Packing in Dallas and later became a Sheriff’s Deputy in Dallas County. He left Texas in the mid 1950’s and began a career in Construction. He worked for many years for Eby Construction based out of their office in Denver, CO and transferred to Tulsa, OK in 1975. He was hired by Manhattan Construction in 1979 as a Superintendent and built many structures in the Tulsa area and in Texas.

After retirement, Ted and Jackie helped form the Red Bird Sam’s chapter of the Good Sam’s club. They spent many enjoyable years traveling to Samboree’s with their friends. Ted loved rebuilding old cars, tractors and trailers as well as going to swap meets to bring home boxes of “good junk”. He loved horses, dogs, old Harleys, guns, old country music and working outside in his shop.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Jackie; children Sherri Bindas and husband George, Chance Hall and wife Joni and Kelli Brown and husband Darren; Grandchildren Shanna Marsh, Brittani Harmon, Jenny Sova, Jake, Luke, Seth, Clay, Grace and Justin Hall; Great-Grandchildren Jenna and Claire Marsh and Caleb and Caitlyn Sova; Sisters Patti Saylor, Bertha Wilson, Ethel Lawhorn and sister-in-law Ann Hall; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
