William Ramsey "Bill"  Ward
William “Bill” Ramsey Ward passed away December 6, 2013. He was born to Ramsey Ward and Juanita (Nix) Ward on November 24, 1944 in Hallet, OK.

Bill married Sharon Kay Parodi December 30, 1966. They had three children, Allan, Monty and Melissa, and made their home in Sapulpa.

Bill worked in maintenance for Flint Steel Company for 16 years and for other steel production companies as well. He also worked for the Creek County Fair Grounds and Court House until his retirement in 2010. His most recent and enjoyable work was in his retirement working for Eagle Point Christian Academy where he was known as Mr. Bill to all students and staff.

Bill was a loving husband, father and papa and worked hard to take care of his family and friends. He very much enjoyed his time as a Boy Scout Leader and Little League Baseball Coach. Bill also loved chasing after the big buck and looked forward to his yearly hunting trip with his sons and grandsons.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 33 years Sharon Kay Ward; parents Ramsey and Juanita Ward; Father and Mother-in-law Frank and Ruby Parodi; brothers Edward and Dale Ward.

He is survived by his three children Allan and wife Brandy of Sapulpa, Monty and wife Angela of Sapulpa; and Melissa of the home; three grandsons Cooper, Parker, and Casen; brother Jim and wife Pat Ward; sister Ruth and husband Don Kent; two nephews, seven nieces, fourteen great nieces and nephews and many friends.
