Lucky Lee  Rose
Lucky Lee Rose passed away January 7, 2014, at the age of 53. He was born June 11, 1960 in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he lived most of his life. For the last year of his life, he lived in Bartlesville, Oklahoma with his mother, who devoted her all to care for him. Most of his family knew him by his childhood nickname, Peewee.
Lucky is preceded in death by his father, William Leon Rose, step-father, Kenneth Duane Smith and daughter, Crystal Rose. He is survived by his mother, Elsie (Rose) Smith, brothers, Billy Rose and Tony and wife Donna Rose, niece and nephews; Anthony, Brandon and Kelsey Rose. He is survived by his daughter, Audrey Rose, and two grandsons; Troy and Andy Taylor, step-children; Melanie, Stacey and P.J. Ragsdale and five step-grandchildren. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He worked in welding and truck driving most of his life. He loved fishing, building model train sets and indoor gardening. He also enjoyed watching old western movies and wrestling and listening to music. He even surprised his mother by bringing home a kitten that he lovingly cared for. She brought him a lot of joy. He named her Baby Girl.
To know Lucky was to like him. He was kind-natured and always a gentleman. He will be missed dearly by all.
