Life Story for Nola Mae Davidson

Nola Mae Davidson went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on January 28, 2014 at Owasso, OK. She was born in Claremore, OK. on July, 23, 1944. She was the youngest of five children of George and Audrey Falling. She was on the varsity basketball team and graduated from Foil High School in 1962.

Upon graduating High School, she moved to Tulsa and completed her Nurse’s Aid Certification. She met Jesse Jack Davidson in 1964 and they got married in Miami, Oklahoma on March 17, 1965. They had two daughters, Pamela Jean and Susan Kay. She lived and raised her family in Glenpool, OK where she lived until she became ill.

Nola was a soft-spoken, God-fearing lady. She enjoyed attending church at the Assembly of God of Glenpool. She was a faithful servant of the church for many years. She loved playing basketball with her daughters and was an avid OU Football Fan. She never missed watching a game. She took pride in her Cherokee Heritage and tried to instill that love and respect in her daughters.

Nola is survived by her husband, Jack; her daughters, Pamela Blakestad and Susan Terry; 9 grandchildren, Eric, Cody, Jenna, Mya, Clayton, Jake, Hunter, Michaela and Audrey; her sister, Dessie Rogers; brother-in-law, Donnie Davidson; along with many cousins.
