Wanda Lynne Buckner was born on July 5, 1957 in Akron, Ohio to parents Margie Miller and Ronnie Zepnak. She grew up in the Stillwater area and was raised by her mom and dad, Margie and Ted Williams. She graduated from Stillwater High School and attended Oklahoma State University. She was employed by Taco Bueno as a store manager. Wanda loved OSU, she was an avid worker, her pets were her babies, she loved life, her family and making people laugh.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Flo Johnson, her grandfather Robert Miller, mother Margie Williams, aunt Jerry Walker, uncle Bobby Miller, aunt Loreana Brown, cousins Shelly Cocker and Ronnie Walker, and father Ronnie Zepnak.

Wanda is survived by sister and brother-in-law Kristi and Rick Cook, son Kevin Buckner, daughter Kenna Buckner, son Kyler Buckner, son Kash Buckner, nephews Taber Cook and Dillon Cook, niece Kamber Cook, 12 grandchildren; Korbyn Buckner, Kaden Buckner, Kameron Buckner, Kamden Buckner, Kaison Buckner, Quinn Buckner, Brody Buckner, Braytin Buckner, Kolton Buckner, Kaleb Buckner, Kandence Buckner and Kylee Buckner, aunt Jessie Mills, aunt and uncle Beverly and Dale Sloan, grandmother Granny Janet, lots of cousins and many friends.
