Life Story for Joseph Najera

Joseph  Najera
Joseph Najera was born March 19, 1935 in Houston, Texas to Martin Najera, Sr. and Rosaura (Soto) Najera and passed away on August 5, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Joseph graduated from Webster High School in 1956 and married Patsy (Lovins) Najera in 1957. He joined the United States Army and served his country from May 31, 1957 until he was honorably discharged on April 28, 1959. Joseph worked CE Natco. He retired in 1984. After his retirement he worked as a building engineer at various jobs until 2002.

Joseph enjoyed watching and playing golf. He even worked as a caddy when he was a child. His favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He leaves behind many family and friends to remember him. They will remember that he “always had a joke and a smile” and those memories will always be treasured.
