Floyd L.  Cottrell Jr.
Floyd L. Cottrell, Jr, 70, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on September 10, 2014. He was born January 17, 1944 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cindy and daughters, Teresa Olsen, Lisa Swan and Carri Cass, son-in-law Mark Olsen and Kevin Swan, grandchildren Kayla, Kalvin, Ryan, Ian, Logan, Bryce, and Tyler. He is also survived by sister, Judy and two brothers, John and James. His parents Floyd, Sr. and Madlyn precede him in death.

Floyd attended East Central High School, graduating in 1963. Afterwards he joined the Army where he was stationed in Germany. Floyd spent most of his career working in the Aerospace Industry. He worked for Rockwell then later retired from Boeing. After retirement, he continued to work for Spirit AeroSystems.

Floyd enjoyed spending time with his seven grandchildren. He spent much of his time at their sporting events and activities. He loved his seven grandchildren more than anything.
