Scott Thomas "T.C." Cotero II
Scott Thomas “T. C.” Cotero, II was born June 1, 1982 in Richmond, Virginia. He left this world to be our guardian angel on August 29, 2013 at the early age of 31. He was an amazing father and fiancé to Thomas and Judeana.
T.C. is survived by parents Scott and Lisa Cotero; son Scott Thomas Cotero, III; fiancé Judeana Stephens; mother Tammy Cotero; sisters Amber Freeman and Chrystal Shugart; brothers Brandon Cotero, Nicholas Freeman and Ryan Shugart; grandmother Jean White; grandmother Mary Smith; nephews Alex and Collin Freeman; and nieces Aleigh and Aubrye Shughart, and Emelia Freeman.
T.C. was preceded in death by grandfather Hank Cotero and grandfather Charles Smith.
